YKF MOTO operates primarily as a B2B wholesaler, though we also serve individual buyers. Our standard transaction process is as follows:

• Submit an inquiry through our website or contact our sales team directly
• Receive a quotation and discuss product specifications and requirements
• Upon agreement, a deposit of 30% is required to initiate production or order processing
• The remaining 70% balance is due before shipment
• Goods are shipped on FOB (Free on Board) terms unless otherwise agreed

Orders may also be placed through our official store on Alibaba.com. Payment methods and terms for Alibaba orders are governed by that platform’s policies.

4. Certifications & Compliance

Our products hold various certifications including CE marking, SGS testing, and EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) and EMC Directive (2014/30/EU) compliance, among others. Specific certifications are available upon request and may vary by product model. We are able to cooperate with customers to obtain additional certifications as needed based on target market requirements.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that any product purchased complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in their country or region of use, including but not limited to emissions standards (such as EPA or CARB), vehicle registration requirements, and safety regulations.
