    YKF MOTO’s 8-stage QC process governs every ATV, UTV, dirt bike, pit bike, go-kart and mini-bike we manufacture. Three inspection gates — IQC on raw parts, PQC on the assembly line and OQC before shipment — hand units back to assembly the moment a non-conformity appears, so quality issues are contained, not discovered by customers.

      SOURCING

      Accessories Purchase

      Frames, engines, drivetrains & electricals sourced from audited YKF-qualified suppliers. Full lot-level traceability for every vehicle we build.

      SOURCING

      Incoming Quality Control

      Every inbound lot sampled to AQL 1.0/2.5. Dimensional, functional and material checks. Non-conforming lots returned to supplier.

      Product Assembly

      Torque-controlled stations for ATV, UTV, dirt bike, pit bike, go-kart & mini-bike lines. Station-level checklists and operator sign-off.

      Process Quality Control

      In-line inspection at critical stations: frame welds, fastener torque, wiring harness, brake bleed, fuel seal.

      Finished Product

      Engine run-in, dyno test, brake and throttle validation, lighting and horn function, VIN and compliance labeling.

      Outgoing Quality Control

      Pre-shipment AQL audit per ANSI/ASQ Z1.4. Appearance, documentation, accessory completeness and packaging verified.

    In-line PQC failures — torque drift, wiring misroute, weld porosity — are flagged with a traceable defect ticket and handed back to the originating assembly station for immediate correction.

    Pre-shipment OQC rejects a whole lot if AQL thresholds are breached. Units re-enter assembly and must pass PQC and OQC again before they are released to dispatch.
